The planter’s double-wall structure and full-depth inner wall provide optimal root insulation without compromising soil capacity. To help keep the garden planter upright in windy conditions, fill the space between the walls with gravel or sand for added stability. A drainage hole can be added to the bottom of the planter using a 1/4" drill bit. Be sure to penetrate both walls to ensure proper drainage. If a drainage hole is added, be sure to use a saucer beneath the planter to protect the floor from water overflow.
