We are hiring for the following positions:


Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload. After training, there is potential to have a hybrid work schedule.

Pay:

The rate of pay is hourly and based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

What You Will Do:

  • Write clear, concise, and compelling copy capturing all the features and details of our products
  • Research keywords, interpret and use best practices to sell the product in the copy
  • Collaborate with the team to list the product on our website and marketplaces with images, keywords, and copy
  • Use Salsify and other applications for listing new products
  • Create enhanced content for “below the fold” of product pages to further highlight details and features of the product
  • Edit and make updates to product listings as needed
  • Write blog posts, buying guides, and informational pages for our website
  • Create and edit website landing page copy as needed
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, or related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience as a copywriter or equivalent role
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with excellent proofreading, writing, and editing skills
  • Collaborative and creative
  • Critical Thinking skills
  • Experience using Microsoft Office programs such as Excel
  • Excellent time-management and organizational skills

What You Will Do:

  • Manage company’s listings on assigned marketplaces
  • Set up new listings and operating terms, including a high volume of new product releases, product descriptions, pricing, and photography
  • Recommend creative solutions for listing enhancements to maximize key products or categories
  • Modifying listings according to the company’s marketing strategies
  • Update and follow through with pricing changes
  • Continuous monitoring of listings
  • Ability to evolve into subject matter expert for each assigned marketplace
  • Ability to evolve into subject matter expert for each assigned marketplace
  • Ability to expand our eCommerce presence across sales channels to increase revenue and product visibility
  • Manage and update products on the internal systems
  • Work with internal teams and external partners to help execute on-brand strategies and initiatives
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience
  • 1-3 years of progressive experience in eCommerce merchandising or working in online retail is a plus
  • Keen sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Initiative-taker with a curious and positive attitude
  • Enjoys working with numbers and has strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Schedule:

This position would be between 20-40 hours a week starting in the Spring of 2022 going through the Summer of 2022. Hours of operation would be Monday through Friday 8 AM to 6 PM, students would be able to pick hours that fit their schedule.

Pay:

The rate of pay is hourly and based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit.

What You Will Do:

  • Responsible for collaborating with community groups or charitable events to arrange special sales revolved around raising money for the group or event
  • Preparing for outlet sales by building products, stocking shelves, and placing signage
  • During the sale, responsibilities include- assisting customers, running POS, and restocking products
  • Other duties and projects as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Pursuing a degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • Experience in eCommerce merchandising or working in online retail is a plus
  • Keen sense of urgency and problem-solving skills
  • Positive attitude
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent time management skills

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 8 AM to 4:30 PM with a half-hour lunch or 5 PM with an hour lunch. This position requires 40+ hours a week depending on workload. After training, there is potential to have a hybrid work schedule. Once trained, added to a weekend and holiday on-call rotation.

Pay:

The rate of pay is hourly and paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

What You Will Do:

  • Write code, evaluate, and deploy software
  • Maintain and debugs software
  • Prepare technical and procedural documentation for software
  • Integrate business processes with third parties using web APIs
  • Research technical requirements of project proposal and identify potential problems to overcome
  • Mentor, train, and review work of other software developers to increase overall team knowledge
  • Other duties as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field and/or 3+ years of progressive development experience
  • Continuous learner with the ability to examine solutions you've developed and explain changes you've made
  • Demonstrates a desire to learn and build technical and functional skills
  • Experience working and manipulating JSON and XML payloads
  • Knowledge of Agile development process and iterative methodology
  • Familiar with microservice and event-driven app architecture
  • Cloud Computing (Azure AWS, GCP, or other) development experience
  • Backend JavaScript (or variations thereof)

Flexible Schedule:

This is a great position for someone who is attending school or looking for temporary full-time work!

  • Part-Time (PT): Someone who is dependable and available 15-25 hours a week between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. Length of shift can be anywhere between 3-8 hours based on the individual and the workload of the department.
  • Seasonal (Temp-FT and PT): Looking for someone who is available full time 8 AM-5 PM starting early spring, going through summer (March-August). There is the potential for hours during the fall and winter months (September-February). Willing to be flexible with start and end dates.

Pay:

Competitive pay, starting rate of pay is $14-$16/hr- rate of pay is based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

What You Will Do:

  • Process customer orders by picking, packing, and loading packages and pallets (manually or with power equipment) into trailers or onto the conveyor
  • Receive shipments of product by unloading packages and pallets (manually or with power equipment) out of trailers or ocean containers
  • Move product around the warehouse and into racking (manually or with power equipment)
  • Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Other tasks as assigned

What You Will Need:

  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to lift up to 20lb repetitively and up to 50lb occasionally
  • Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
  • Sense of urgency
  • Problem-solving skills
  • A positive attitude
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines

Flexible Schedule:

This is a great position for someone who is attending school or who is retired and looking for part time work.

  • Part Time (PT): Someone who is dependable and available 10-25 hours a week between the hours of 8AM and 5PM, Monday through Friday. Length of shift can be anywhere between 3-8 hours based on the individual and the workload of the department.

Pay:

Competitive pay, rate of pay is starting at $14/hr+ based on experience. Paid bi-weekly by direct deposit or check.

What You Will Do:

  • Sort, arrange, and label products throughout the warehouse sale area
  • Assemble products by following written directions and using basic hand tools
  • Communicate with members of the team to reach team goals
  • Perform daily and weekly housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and sanitary environment
  • Follow all safety rules
  • Other tasks as assigned

What You Will Need:

    Understanding of how to use basic hand tools
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions
  • Ability to lift up to 20-50lbs
  • Willingness to learn and be a part of a team
