  • PREMIUM CAST IRON: The 13.75" non-stick pizza pan is 4mm thick and is pre-seasoned with vegetable oil. Cast iron offers better heat distribution and crispier results than standard stainless steel bakeware.
  • VERSATILE COOKING SURFACE: This versatile cast iron flat pan is also great for frying bacon, cooking tortillas, making stir-fry, and roasting vegetables.
  • EASY TO MAINTAIN: The pizza skillet is pre-seasoned, however, it works best to oil the pan right away. When cooking is complete, wash the round cast iron pan with hot water and a sponge or stiff brush, then dry it on the stove on medium heat and re-oil it with natural oils. Cast iron pans are not intended to be used in a dishwasher.
