Sunnydaze LED 100-Count Solar Powered String Lights

We want  you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Returns or exchanges should be done within 30 days of receipt of your item if you are unsatisfied with your purchase. Return shipping charges apply, and the item must be in its original condition and packaging. (The exception to this rule is holiday shopping time. Any purchase from November 1 - December 31 are eligible to return in unused condition until January 31st.

Refund Options: You can choose store credit, or have the original payment method refunded. Any return costs will be deducted from the refund amount. 

However, if your item was damaged or defective we will help you get a replacement item, a store credit or a full refund.

Please follow these simple steps to return an Item:

1. Contact us at customerservice@nethealthshops.com or 833-982-1977 to receive return authorization. A return address will be emailed to you. Returns without authorization are subject to additional restocking fees.
2. Carefully package your product in the original packaging with all instructions and parts. Enclose your packing slip if there was one, if not please put a note in the box with your name, address, and order number. We will not be responsible for any lost or damaged shipments back to our warehouse so make sure you keep your tracking number you receive from the carrier.
3. Ship the item back to the address given in the return authorization using an insured shipping carrier. Be sure to insure your item for the purchase price of the product. Sunnydaze Decor will not be responsible for any damages or losses incurred in return shipping. If damages occur in return shipping, you will be responsible to file a claim with the carrier you choose. Please note: If the item is damaged during return shipping and you did not select to insure the package, you will not receive a refund from Sunnydaze Decor or the carrier you selected.   

About Refunds:

Your refund will be issued within 5-7 business days from the time we receive your item. Although we process your refund as quickly as possible, there are often further delays with your credit card or bank processing the refund. All returns must arrive at our warehouse in resalable condition otherwise we reserve the right to withhold any or all of your refund.

If you purchased your item using a gift certificate or a portion of a gift certificate, that portion of your credit for your return will be given back to you in that form. There will be no cash returned for purchases made using a gift certificate.

Canceling Orders

Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel your order. Depending on where it is in the order process as we do ship same or next business day. If your item has left with a carrier we will likely not be able to cancel your order. 

Damages

Items shipped via UPC, FedEx or USPS must be opened as soon as possible once you receive your item. In the unfortunate event that your item is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and we will be more than happy to replace the item.

If you purchased a large item that shipped via LTL/Common Carrier, the item must be inspected before you accept the delivery. If there is obvious damage please refuse the shipment and contact us as soon as possible.
